For more than forty years, Donnie has been serving our clients’ insurance needs in every industry application. As a Certified Insurance Counselor, Donnie’s consultative approach allows him to identify potential problem areas and develop a secure risk management plan for each client. Donnie’s involvement in multiple state-level boards and organizations has been instrumental in advancing the insurance policies and practices in our state.

In his free time, you will most likely find Donnie on a golf course or spending time with his wife and family.

With professional experience spanning from medical Association Management to Real Estate, Holly brings a wide array of experience and expertise to our agency. Service excellence is a the core of Holly's professional approach, and she takes great pride in delivering a professional solution for our clients with all their insurance needs.

In her free time, you will most likely find Holly at the ballfield or spending time with family and friends. 

Lorrie’s twenty-five plus years of experience bring value and expertise to the agency clients. Lorrie understands the insurance needs of both commercial and personal risks and can assist in crafting protection to fit the specific exposures.

Lorrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to new places and her early morning walks with her dog.

Jonathan has been serving our Middle Tennessee clientele since 2018. With expertise across a broad array of insurance lines, Jonathan specializes in creating innovative solutions for our clients’ risk management challenges and needs. Jonathan takes pride in working closely with each client to build personal relationships to help advise the best possible strategy for each unique insurance situation. 

When not working, Jonathan enjoys golfing, coaching his children’s sports teams, and training in the gym.

Leah has been setting the standard for customer service in the insurance industry for nearly five years. As a licensed agent, Leah is well equipped to provide a full-service approach to our clients’ insurance needs.

Born in Mexico, Val moved to teh US with her family as a young child. Throughout her professional career as an Event Planner and Childcare Service Provider, Val has developed a passion to serve others. Professional attention to detail remains at the core of Val's commitment to providing excellence in customer service for our clients. Bilingual, Val is also able to assist Spanish speaking clients with their specific insurance needs.

When not at work, Val's hobbies include event planning and decorating, crafting, and spending time with family  and friends.
