Most of us are somewhat resistant to change, but for some reason the New Year brings an optimism and enthusiasm that allows us to make resolutions for immediate change. It has been said that "It is often the greatest change that brings the greatest opportunity." As we enter the New Year, let's look at the positive side of change and see the opportunity that may present itself as a result.
